Today after school Jayni and me drew the hole on the back piece where the propeller will stay and we then stuck the back piece on using pva glue then we applied some pva glue on the side of the boat so that water does not come in.

I decided to take the boat home and do some finishing touches. With the help of my cousin I tried to fix the propeller on. With the help  of my Mum we put binding tape (black tape) which my cousin helped us with, on the places where water was leaking by testing it in a tub, and fixed the propeller on with the motor.

Today from 11:30am to 12:30pm in the morning Jayni and me came to school because sir said that he will be there and we cut the Styrofoam to shape for the front to prevent water from spoiling the cargo then we stuck it with pva glue. then sir said we cut some acrylic to the middle so we can separate the front from where the cargo will stay. I told jayni to use the back piece since she has the motor to put the motor on the ship at the back and draw a dot to where the shaft will stay so we will drill a hole for the shaft to go through to put the propeller.

Today in the lesson my group, jayni tried to cut out some acrylic for the sides of the boat but it always used to get cut (broken), and so after school we just used Styrofoam and stuck it on the sides using pva glue (we first used tuff bond glue but someone said that it wont stick properly so we just used pva glue). I tried to make the propeller using the copping saw, but the acrylic broke, since mister Waweru was there I asked him to cut for my and so he helped me to cut the propeller. then I stuck the three pieces together from the middle using tuff bond glue and to hold it together we put masking tape on top because it was falling apart.

Today in my group sir said that we use the piece of acrylic remaining to cut the back part of the ship and so we did.

Today I bend the other two sides which I did not yet bend then i asked sir for help as the sides did not join so he said i bend the front two sides a bit downwards and then bend the deep v hull, and so I did that.

Today sir showed me that the shape at the top of the ship needed to be like a collar a bit pointed, then sir helped me cut it. there was a small part left to be cut and William helped me cut it. i then bent the sides upwards using the line bender.
